Alfred's Homestead works by Bookings so that it is open by Bookings on some days or nights of the week when one can book a table for 2 or more but there are occasions when it is booked out exclusively for just one party perhaps celebrating a wedding ,engagement,wake or special work dinner.
Normally on a Saturday Night we have a Dinner Dance and Small Cabaret Show with a Full Carvery Smorgasbord with Seafood and Homemade Sweets. However ,we do have several Saturday Nights in a year that are booked exclusively to weddings or special social or sport clubs .

Generally when open for everyone the food is a special Buffet with homemade soups,stocks,sauces and sweets.
However, if the Restaurant is booked out for a special function then food can be a Buffet,a formal sit down meal served alternately or finger type food.
