Bookings are essential:
Alfred's Homestead is a large Restaurant and works by bookings.
If we have only 50 booked then we prepare our Smorgasbord and Service for that number. Obviously when we have a full house we need a lot more food and a lot more staff.Our numbers booked on a Saturday night can vary from 50 to 300.
We make our own stocks ,sauces,mayo and sweets.
